Fire safety applications require components that meet demanding standards for flame retardancy, dimensional precision and reliability. When Fireco needed a manufacturing partner for their DorMag Pro fire safety device, they put six suppliers through a rigorous selection process. Broanmain came out on top.
With over 70 years of manufacturing experience, ISO 9001 certification since 1989, and a team that understands the specific demands of your sector, we deliver components that perform where it matters.

Questions about plastic components for fire safety
Yes. UL94 V0 fire-retardant processing is a core capability for our fire safety customers. We process FR-rated PC, ABS, PBT and nylon grades, and we are experienced in supporting customers who need to transition from halogenated to halogen-free FR compounds.
Yes. We provide material certificates, batch traceability records and First Article Inspection Reports. For projects requiring additional fire-performance testing, we can coordinate with your test house and supply samples to the required specifications.
Yes. Pad printing is one of our value-add services. We apply branding, logos, safety warnings and regulatory markings directly onto moulded components, all in-house under one quality system.
Yes. Our work with Fireco on the DorMag Pro is a good example: we mould seven individual components, perform heat staking assembly, and coordinate specialist paint finishing through our supply chain. We can deliver complete sub-assemblies rather than just loose mouldings.
Our ISO 9001 quality management system, combined with on-site tool storage and maintenance, ensures consistent production over the entire life of the tool. This is particularly important for fire safety components, where compliance and traceability matter as much as the parts themselves.
