Thermosetting

We have expertise in processing all engineering thermoplastic polymers along side the commodity materials from Polypropylene (PP) to Polyetheretherketone (PEEK).

Injection moulding up to 250 ton machines. We have Manumold and Sumitomo Demag machines. We have expertise in processing all engineering thermoplastic polymers alongside the commodity materials.

We have high temperature tool heating equipment and drying facilities for high temperature polymers.

We run a closed circuit cold water system run from our chiller at 12'c. This cools the machines and tooling when required.
