Broanmain continues to support the Surrey Care Trust, a local charity working to support the needs of young people in Surrey.

We have recently sponsored their Surrey 3 Peak Challenge, a 26 mile walk through the Surrey Hills.

NVQ SUCCESS

Most of our staff have now completed an NVQ Level 2 in Business Improvement Techniques.

This has involved an external training coming in and working with the team in groups, exploring ways of finding efficiencies and putting plans in place to achieve improvements.

The benefits are being shown throughout the business already and plans are afoot to continue with the development across the board.

Southern Manufacturing Success

The Sales Team took a stand at the Southern Manufacturing Exhibition in Farnborough at the beginning of this year.

We managed to see some of our existing customers, and also were choca-block both days talking to new customers and discussing some great potential projects.

A great success and we hope to be there again next year.
