Design & Prototyping

We can, and in fact enjoy, providing as much or as little design input as required, from a sketch on a napkin to a full 3D AutoCAD model.

We advise on the best design in relation to mouldability, material selection and end costs. To do that we use methods such as 3D SLA SLS models (which can be provided in the raw state or sprayed to exhibition standard), mouldflow analysis and finite element analysis as required. Models can also be machined from solid if this is a more suitable method.

Being moulders of both thermoplastic and thermosetting plastic means our advice in relation to material selection is completely impartial.
